The Ambassador Agreement
This agreement is extended by The Rose King Maison to a select circle of individuals chosen to represent the House, its fragrances, and its quiet philosophy. The role of the Ambassador is one of partnership — never of ownership, control, or obligation.
By accepting this agreement, the Ambassador enters a relationship of mutual respect with the Maison: the Maison provides access to unreleased works, brand materials, and creative guidance; the Ambassador shares their genuine experience in their own voice, on their own terms.
The 30-Day Introductory Period
Every new Ambassador begins with a thirty (30) day introductory period. This time allows both the Maison and the Ambassador to discover whether the partnership feels right — in tone, in pace, and in shared intention.
The first thirty days are a quiet conversation, not a contract of performance.
A trial start date and a review date, thirty days later, are recorded by the Maison. During this period, the Ambassador is under no minimum posting requirement and may withdraw at any time. At the close of the period, the Maison and the Ambassador reflect together on the experience and decide whether to continue.
Silver Ambassador Standards
The Silver Ambassador level reflects the foundational tier of the program. The standards below describe the character of the role, not a quota of output.
- Share authentic, personal experience with the Maison's fragrances — never fabricated or scripted claims.
- Represent the House with discretion, elegance, and respect for its private nature.
- Honor the confidentiality of unreleased works, names, and notes shared in advance.
- Disclose the relationship as required by applicable guidelines and platform policies.
- Maintain the Ambassador's own voice, aesthetic, and creative independence.
The Silver Pendant
Upon acceptance into the program, the Maison presents each Silver Ambassador with an official Rose King silver pendant — a quiet emblem of the partnership, crafted to be worn as a visible mark of the House.
The Ambassador is asked to wear the pendant whenever they are publicly showcasing or representing the Maison's products — in videos, photographs, in-person appearances, and any content created on the Maison's behalf. It is both a gift and a gesture: a way of signaling the relationship without words, and of carrying the House's mark into the world.
The pendant remains the Ambassador's to keep. It is not a condition of the partnership's end, nor is it returnable. It is given freely, with the quiet understanding that it will be worn with the same care and intention the Ambassador brings to their work with the Maison.
The Early-Nose Fragrance Panel
Ambassadors may be invited to the Maison's early-nose fragrance panel — a small circle given advance access to works still in formation. Participation is an invitation, not an obligation, and is offered at the Maison's discretion.
Feedback shared through the panel is treated as private correspondence. The Ambassador's impressions help shape the work; the work, in return, asks only for honesty and care.
Content Standards
When an Ambassador chooses to represent the Maison publicly, the following standards gently guide that content. They are offered, not imposed.
- Feature only authentic experience with the Maison's fragrances.
- Use approved brand materials and visual standards where provided, adapted freely to the Ambassador's own aesthetic.
- Avoid comparisons, disparagement, or claims about effects, ingredients, or results.
- Honor unreleased work shared through the early-nose panel as private until the Maison announces it.
Confidentiality
Unreleased fragrances, working names, notes, formulations, panel correspondence, and other private materials shared with an Ambassador are held in confidence. The Ambassador agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or publicly discuss unreleased work until the Maison has formally released or announced it.
This confidentiality continues for the duration of the partnership and for twelve (12) months after its end, except where the Maison has released the information publicly.
Maison Administration & Restrictions
The Ambassador administration system is limited to managing the program itself. It does not — and will never — contain functionality allowing Maison administrators to:
- Log into an Ambassador's social media accounts
- Post on, message from, delete, or edit an Ambassador's content
- Change an Ambassador's profile information, passwords, or privacy settings
- Access private messages, private followers, or account management tools on an Ambassador's behalf
Maison administration is limited to:
- Ambassador name, public social handles, and Ambassador level
- Agreement status, version, and electronic signature
- 30-day trial start date and 30-day review date
- Submitted content links, product samples received, and fragrance surveys
- Internal Maison notes and program status

Previously signed agreements remain unchanged. The Maison does not overwrite or retroactively alter a previously accepted agreement. New Ambassadors receive Version 1.1.
Required Acknowledgment
I understand that I retain full ownership and control of my personal social media accounts, and that The Rose King Maison will never require my passwords, private messages, login credentials, or administrative account access.
This acknowledgment must be accepted before the agreement can be completed. It is stored with the Ambassador's name, agreement version, date, submission timestamp, and electronic signature.
Social Media Ownership, Access & Privacy
Your social media account remains yours. The Rose King Maison does not require access to your account.
Ownership & Control
The Ambassador retains full ownership, access, and control of their personal social media accounts at all times.
Participation in The Rose King Maison Ambassador Program does not provide The Rose King Maison with ownership, administrative access, login access, or control over an Ambassador's personal social media accounts.
The Rose King Maison will never require or request access to an Ambassador's passwords, login credentials, authentication codes, recovery codes, private messages, direct messages, private account information, or account administration.
The Maison will not post, delete, edit, send messages, change settings, respond to followers, or otherwise operate an Ambassador's personal social media account.
Ambassadors maintain their own voice, personality, followers, communications, and account settings.
The Maison may provide approved brand materials, campaign assets, creative prompts, visual standards, product information, and content guidance for the Ambassador to use voluntarily while representing the Maison.

The Rose King Maison admin dashboard displays the Ambassador's submitted public handles only.
Content Submission
If The Rose King Maison wishes to track Ambassador participation, the program offers an optional field called Submit Ambassador Content. An Ambassador may voluntarily submit a public post URL, reel URL, TikTok URL, story screenshot, video title or description, date posted, and platform.
This feature is for program tracking only. Submitting a content link does not give The Rose King Maison control of the Ambassador's social media account.
