Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance and cosmetic products, all purchases issued through The Rose King Maison are considered final sale.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.
Allocation Policy
Products offered by The Rose King Maison are released in limited allocations.
Access to purchase is granted only after a request for allocation has been reviewed and approved by the Maison.
Once an allocation has been accepted and payment has been completed, the order is considered final.
Final Sale
All sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
This policy applies to all products issued by the Maison including fragrances, oils, candles, and future releases.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, the Maison must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery so the matter may be reviewed.
